Nikko Asset Management Europe Volunteers with Gorgie City Farm in Edinburgh

As part of Nikko AM Europe’s ongoing sustainability efforts, we dedicated a day to volunteer at Gorgie City Farm, a free entry facility near the Edinburgh office that promotes community development, environmental sustainability and social inclusion. Our Global Equity Team put in some hard work clearing a very overgrown path area and mucking out the ducks!

“Gorgie City Farm has a strong focus on Quality Education and Reducing Inequalities. The farm is free to everyone and offers fantastic volunteering opportunities; around half of the volunteers have additional support needs or are facing profound disadvantages. We had a great day of team building but most importantly supporting a local charity, we are looking forward to doing this again,” said Lisa Edmundson of the Global Equity Team and EMEA Sustainability Working Group.
